The Pyeonan Points and Rewards are the Loyalty Program launched by Pyeonan to reward our customers. You now earn Points on everything you purchase at our Pyeonan Landing Page (https://pyeonan.com).

a. Customers can join as a member with any purchase online; our landing page at (https://pyeonan.com) and you will be automatically enrolled as a Pyeonan Points & Rewards member. 

b. If you already have an online account earlier, then sign in to your account because you are already part of the Pyeonan Point & Reward members.

No joining fee or usage fee is required.

You can check your points balance via our website/ landing page. Click [My account] under [ Points ].

You can update your account particulars via our website/ landing page in [My account]’s tab (located at the bottom of the page.)

Unfortunately, the Pyeonan Points and Reward is already associated with one email account and cannot be re-registered to another account or transferred the points to another account.

The good news is that the points will not expire, so it’s available for you to redeem the reward for a lifetime.

Customers can redeem their points on the cart or at the checkout page by clicking on the [Apply Discount] field. 

• Spend RM1 = 1 points 

• 200 points redeem RM10 (for next purchase)

For example;

You have accumulated 198 points from the last order, and your new order is a  total of RM55. You will get 55 points from this order, so the new total points balance from your account will be 253 points (198 points + 55 points).

You can redeem an RM10 discount at 200points on your next purchase.

a. This Reward & Points was implemented on 30th September 2022, therefore the users that made purchases after 30th September will auto granted points depending on each penny spent.

b. You won’t get points for purchases you made before this Rewards & Points was implemented. (30th September 2022 )
